Cancellation
You may cancel for a full refund until the digital proof is sent. After the proof is sent, cancellation covers materials not yet committed; modelling time may be kept. After you approve the proof, the order cannot be cancelled because casting has begun.
Custom orders
The First Name Necklace is made to your original. It is not a stock pendant. Change-of-mind returns do not apply to a piece cast from your file. If we cannot preserve the handwriting safely, we refund in full before casting.
Returns
If the piece is not as described, arrives damaged, or has a finishing fault, write within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We repair, remake, or refund. Return postage for a fault is ours.
